Fortnite update 12.30 has arrived, which means there's a whole new wave of skins coming to the Item Shop. With only seven skins for the customization fanboys to look through, this update isn't one of the fanciest. But, there's still a lot of thematic gear to keep the most die hard Fortnite fans satiated.
With Easter just a few weeks away and holiday dinners looking smaller, you'll have to settle for some Fortnite skins to keep the festive spirit alive. Bun Bun is a horrifying brute that appears when when unfinished chocolate bunnies seek revenge. This tasty glop monster ripping out of its gold-tinted jump suit looks like it just devoured M.C. Hammer and had to eat his attire. He's even dripping with pink slime, and there's something beyond baroque about having your innards covered in sprinkles on your shoulder.
Joining Bun Bun is the Quackling squad, who collectively may be more terrifying than the mutated bunny. These Teletubbie-esque bird mascots look like they're straight out of a Five Nights at Freddy's fan fiction. With a busted eye and perpetual smile, these facsimiles of aquatic fowl aren't here to mess around. A team of these running wreaking havoc would definitely make even Deadpool a little uncomfortable.
Stella and Redux are costume party additions to the Item Shop, perfect for any ball or gala you need to attend on a secret agent's base. If you are more of a Metal Gear Solid agent, attaching a bunch of boxes to your arms may be considered proper camouflage. Boxer and Boxey cost in V-Bucks than the boxes that comprise them, so cosplayers on a budget need look no further. Move over Jonesy, there's a new cheaper Fortnite costume option in town.
